Bug in vtysh ?

I think there is a bug in vtysh.
when i try co configure in the bgpd the following configuration

router bgp xxxx
[..]
        nei a.b.c.d route-map tpnet in
[..]

route-map tpnet permit 10
 match as-path tpnet
 set ip next-hop 192.168.255.254

I get (the same respons is when configuration is storeg in file 
/etc/zebra/Zebra.conf) 
pyro(config)# route-map tpnet permit 10
pyro(config-route-map)#  match as-path tpnet
pyro(config-route-map)#  set ip next-hop 192.168.255.254
% Ambiguous command.
pyro(config-route-map)#

But when i write this in bgpd.conf it works.

Zebra: 0.93a
