[Bug-zile] 2.3.0: help commands undefined?

The zile splash screen suggests these commands

  Type `C-h h' for help;
  Type `C-h C-d' for information on getting the latest version.
  Type `C-h t' for a tutorial on using Zile.
  Type `C-h s' for a sample configuration file.

are available, but in 2.3.0 they aren't.  "C-h h is undefined" etc.
Is this an oversight or did something break badly in my build?

describe-bindings only lists these:

C-h b           describe-bindings
C-h f           describe-function
C-h k           describe-key 
C-h v           describe-variable   
C-h w           where-is
C-h C-f         view-zile-FAQ
