[Bug-zile] [Lua Zile] repeat command not working/not bound

Hi Reuben,

Another bug demonstrated with the four line buffer:

  line 1
  line 2
  line 3
  line 4

In Emacs, with the cursor on the first 'l', I can kill two lines, and
yank them back on line lower in the buffer using ESC-2 ^K ^N ^Y to get this:

  line 3
  line 1
  line 2
  line 4

Lua Zile says 'M-2 is undefined' before I even get that far :(
