[Bug-zile] Test cases

It's great to see a flood of bug reports (particularly good for
keeping my ego down about how many bugs are left in Zile).

What is even better is if they can be accompanied by regression tests.
This is less fun for interactive bugs than for non-interactive bugs
(because you have to transcribe key sequences), but see the existing
macro tests for how it's done.

Also, we're really low on interactive tests (the current test set
pretty much only has them where the only possible test for a command
is interactive), so the more the merrier, and there should be lots of
low-hanging fruit. Getting a nice set of interactive regression tests
should really put the screws on the future (re-)emergence of
interactive bugs (which, other than from a data integrity point of
view, are probably rather more important to most users than the bugs
currently tested for).
