[Bug-zile] Test reorganisation

Gary, you've recently made some valuable changes to the test suite on
the Lua branch.

I wonder if you could push these changes to the C branch?

I would also like to see another minor change which I've been meaning
to make for ages, which would also help developers perusing the test
suite: if you could rename the test files so that underscores which
are part of Zile command names become hyphens, that would be great, so
e.g. forward_char.el becomes forward-char.el. There's no reason to
have hyphens rather than dashes; it's simply confusing.
