[Bug-zile] Lua Zile passing tests and building with versioned deps

I have update Lua Zile to check its deps at run-time, and it is
currently passing its test suite.

Note, the deps are not currently checked at configure time. However,
since there's no compile step, and since you can run zile directly
from the build tree, I don't see this as a problem: in particular,
make check will implicitly check the deps.
