[Bug-zile] Using Lua Zile

I've just switched to installing the latest version (git HEAD) of Lua
Zile as my `which zile` (before I had the C version). I encourage
other developers and keen users to do the same. In fact, probably the
most useful thing you can do right now is to try building Lua Zile,
even if you don't propose to use it. We need to do this both to shake
out bugs, but more importantly to fix the build process, which is the
least mature bit of Lua Zile.

As a helpful hint, look at loadlua.lua.in for exact dependencies. I
believe these are accurate, i.e. Lua Zile can be built entirely with
released libraries (stdlib 25 (26 is the latest release), luaposix
5.1.20 (5.1.22 released), rex_gnu 2.5.3 (2.6 released) and alien 0.6.1
(which is the latest, just released). Sufficiently new luarocks are
available for all of these except lrexlib (for which no rock is
available for the GNU regex flavour).

If I can sort out the lrexlib rock situation, I'll look into preparing
a rockspec for Zile itself, which would make it much easier to
install.
