Description:
The purpose of this project is to facilitate the composition of semantic web 
services.  The actual project represented by this submission is actually one 
half of the full project, due to licensing reasons previously discussed.

                                                                                
This part comprises a process editor, which allows the individual services to 
be visually composed.  The primary output target will be OWL-s, with possible 
extensions in the form of high-level functions. as seen in functional languages.

This will be implemented as a plug-in for the Eclipse development
+environment using Java.

At present, no source code is available, as the development of the languages 
used is still in progress.

Other Software Required:
The Eclipse development environment.  This has been successfully compiled 
natively using gcj, part of the GCC, and uses SWT (a native toolkit) as opposed
