[CASHeW-s] Branch freeze for first (Darwin) release and report status

As far as I see it, there is no more coding work to be done with respect
to the Darwin project. Therefore, I propose to freeze the Java CVS at
this point and make a release, so we have a snapshot of the work done
over Darwin.

Comments on this proposal are welcomed from everyone.

As to the report, as I said before leaving today, I'd expect to see at
least a draft from Roger and Ravish on the editor by early Thursday
evening (say 18h00). We need time to review, and also someone will have
to incorporate it into the main LaTeX source. Drafts should be in plain
text format. I'd also suggest a small selection of suitable
screenshots, given the graphical nature of this area.

I'm assuming that Simon and Atheesh have already submitted everything
they wish to the report. Please let the group know if things are
otherwise.

Barry, would it be okay for you to print the final version of on Friday
for Atheesh to hand-in? Thanks.

Good luck everyone,
