[CASHeW-s] CVS Tagging

I've tagged the Darwin CVS repositories (those located in the DCS,
'java', 'haskell' and 'documentation') with
'cashews-0_01-release-branchpoint'.  This means that the file versions
available as of now, at the end of Darwin, can always be retrieved
using:

cvs co -r cashews-0_01-release-branchpoint <module name>

Minor bug fixes to this version should be made on the
'cashews-0_01-release' branch, which can be checked out as above
(the above is simply a named tag, rather than a branch.)  Major changes
should continue on HEAD.
