[certi-dev] CERTI proxy handling

Hi All,

Pierre recently posted a bug report about the current usage of
the more or less automatically handled http proxy with CERTI:

The bug report state that the current behavior of proxy handling is not good
in some case.

The bug includes poll-like questions about the change we can implement
to do it better.

Every interested people should go to the tracker and add comment
regarding their usage of proxy with CERTI:
