[Chicken-hackers] Don't enforce the specialisation for code that becomes ##sys#size

Hi,

as in my previous patch, the procedures vector-length,
##sys#vector-length and blob-size seem to suffer from the same
problem. Attached is a patch that removes the #:enforce tag from their
types.db entries.

Is this the right way to handle this I wonder...
