I want to thank all of you for your support.

Attached is a patch that updates the aforementioned documentation, as
well as prints a message from runtests.sh explaining that the
Deployment test is disabled on AIX.

Please let me know if there is anything else that must be done to
properly integrate AIX into CHICKEN.
