Thanks! I've pushed the first two, but I think the final one can be
cleaned up further now that we've removed global aliasing; we no longer
need to treat #%foo as "special" symbol syntax. This will also free up
the #% prefix for custom sharp read syntax. The attached patch is a
small rework of your third patch that drops this special handling too.
