 I see the problem with the ''http-server'', it simply does not output the
 proper connection mode.  When he originally implemented http-server and
 spiffy, Felix decided to put this functionality in spiffy, not in http-
 server.

 I will ask Felix why has chosen to do so, as I am sure he had his reasons
 and I don't want to mess up anything by moving the code from spiffy to
 http-server right away.

 However, I don't see why this is a problem for ''http-client''.  It
 gracefully handles the closed connection, doesn't it?
