 Hi,

 This is actually a rendering problem in qwiki, not a parsing problem in
 svnwiki-sxml.  This link is correctly parsed to:

 (int-link "Using the interpreter#Toplevel commands" "full list")

 [Chickadee screws rendering up too.  Oops.]
