Comment:

 Thanks for the patch. I ave applied it, removed dependencies on
 "tools.scm" and moved the script to the chicken-infrastructure repo (into
 `make-egg-index/`).

 Mario, is this correct? I have not changed `make-egg-index.sh`, yet.
