 Ok, is there a problem with either 1) exporting both mixed and lower-case
 identifiers from SRFI-63 or 2) not compiling charplot in case-insensitive
 mode? In case 2) it seems that charplot compiles and runs fine, but I am
 not familiar with the code, so I don't know if I am missing something.
