 I've modified salmonella-run-publish (he script which builds chicken and
 runs salmonella) to make it log the output of all commands. So, now if
 "make check" fails or hangs, we can see what it prints in run-
 salmonella.log ([http://tests.call-cc.org/master/linux/x86/2012/06/29/run-
 salmonella.log example]).
