 With newer Xcode versions (4, 5), the developer tools are no longer in the
 PATH. It should be possible to override location and name of
 `install_name_tool` in the `make(3)` invocation (or in `CONFIG`) and the
 build system should store this information in `chicken-config.h` so that
 `csc` is able to use it.
