 Currently we have {{{C_i_locative_set}}}.  The {{{C_locative_ref}}} is a
 CPS procedure, but allocates only a static amount, so we could have
 {{{C_a_i_locative_ref}}}, deprecating {{{C_locative_ref}}}.
