 Repro:

 * `chicken-status -list > deps`
 * `chicken-install -override deps`

 Expected result:

 `chicken-install` asking me whether I'd like to install the eggs listed in
 that file.

 Actual result:

 `chicken-install` aborts with "no setup-scripts to process".
