I've just used a recipe Felix gave me. Felix: is it ok to remove those
touch commands?
I noticed manual-html is empty in the generated tarball. Shouldn't
scripts/makedist.scm call make in a way manual-html gets filled?
Also, maybe release.sh script should install manual-labor automatically.
