[Chicken-users] New snapshot, some bugfixes, chicken-setup on Windows

Hello, everybody!

A new snapshot (1.74) is now available at 

http://www.call-with-current-continuation.org/chicken-1.74.tar.gz

It features Sergey's posix port to native Windows and several improvements to
the easy FFI. The changes are also available via CVS.

chicken-setup is now built on Windows with MSVC tools, and appears to
work (as much as I have tested it, which is not very much).

To use it:

1) select an egg that is likely to work on Windows ;-)
2) Download it (or enter "chicken-setup -fetch <eggname>")
3) If an .egg file, rename it to <eggname>.tar.gz and unpack it with
your favorite tool
4) make sure the CHICKEN_HOME and CHICKEN_REPOSITORY environment variables
  are properly set
5) run "chicken-setup <eggname>"

- Alex Shinn's iset egg is now officially availabe
- bb has been slightly improved, with a couple of bugs fixed
