Oops, I missed Sven's original message where he already mentioned
the page I brought up.   Sorry for the redundant message.

Gauche inherits the hash-table API from STk.  If I start from 
ground-up, I'd rather use ref/set! conventions for consistency.

I think somebody was working on hash-table srfi some time ago,
and I decided to wait for it.  I can't recall where I saw it, though...
