[Chicken-users] 1.92 snapshot

Hi!

A development snapshot is available at:

http://www.call-with-current-continuation.org/chicken-1.92.tar.gz

The main reason this has been made available is a bootstrapping
poblem: the current darcs version can only be used to compile
itself with some contortions.

Other changes:

- fix of a bad optimizer bug [Thanks to Julian Morrison}
- SRFI-4's "make-XXXvector" can now allocate the number vector in
  non-GC'd memory (optionally finalized)
