Here is my first real extension, which provides an interface to host,
service, and protocol lookups.  For lack of a better name, it's called
"hostinfo".

I'm still a relative newbie to Scheme and Chicken so feel free to
suggest any design improvements.  That said, this extension has proved
very useful to me.
