Hi Felix,I'm working on CHICKEN versions of srfi-19 & srfi-29. Can I add an accumulating gc time counter to support the '(current-gc- milliseconds)' extension? I'd prefer not to have it config dependent . (Very low priority.)
I have srfi-1 & srfi-13 requirements but use of rationals is feature dependent (so at least 2 compile flows, w/ & w/o full-numeric-tower:; thank you BTW for the feature). Testing, and some thought, will probably reveal a way to get around the use of rationals for exact date arithmetic.
The 'date' record is a synonym, effectively, for your date vector. Differing naming allows this. I will experiment w/ content copy, layout is the same, but for now it is a serialized set!.
The srfi-29 port is to be platform dependent (i.e. I haven't really worked on it). Some communication w/ Windows, Linux, etc. specialists in the community will be rqrd. (I can do SUS*, MacOS X, & default.)
A release will rqr a 'format' update, for srfi-29. I guess this means 'format-modular' also.
Best Wishes, Kon
