[Chicken-users] Spiffy's dislike for ``+''

Hi!

I noticed that Spiffy does not like URLs where the file name contain a ``+''. I
suspect that this is a result of GET parameter processing. But the ``+''
should only be replaced by a space after a the ``?'', not before.

I'm not sure however whether the RFCs allow a ``+'' in URLs. However,
Apache seems to have no problems with that. Therefore I think this is a
bug.
