I do not see chicken.pdf in Darcs, nor any references in Makefile.am or
any other file on how to build chicken.pdf. I think it is important to
be able to produce all Chicken distributions from one canonical place.
i.e. After I get the bootstrapping done, I want to create automatic
archives for distribution. This is particularly important when .scm -->
.c is generated on one platform to enable .c --> chicken.exe compilation
on another.
