[Chicken-users] Errors in manual sections 7.1 and 7.5

Section 7.1 says "Windows with Cygwin is currently not supported", which
is no longer true.  In addition, the glass-lambda extension in 7.5
doesn't tell you to run chicken-setup, so if you follow the recipe exactly,
the ("require-extension glass)" command will load glass.scm by itself,
making the call on glass-lambda-set! fail.
