BTW, there's an OPTION in CMakeSetup and CCMake to turn off 
DETERMINE_BEST_STACK_SIZE.  It's ON by default, you can turn it OFF if 
you find it objectionable.  But I hope you leave it ON long enough to do 
some more testing.  I haven't had time to fix the sampling logic, 
although it will be trivial.  Right now, my dog insists that I take him 
outside for call-to-nature + exercise, so it'll be a few more hours 
before I get to it.
