any idea what's going wrong here:

   D:\usr\local\Chicken-2.41>chicken-setup.exe
   Error: (string-length) bad argument type: #f

   D:\usr\local\Chicken-2.41>chicken-setup -help
   Error: (string-length) bad argument type: #f
