No, HTML is generated from the wiki page! Perhaps is not sufficiently
explained in the documentation.

You can commit as often as you like, of course. The release cycle is 6
hours, which
seems to be ok (for me). Alternatively, write an e-mail to this list, or to
me, and I can upload the egg instantly.
