It's not so much the CSS that's FUBAR, but the HTML structure which is
an utter mess (which requires the CSS to be over-complicated to target
the correct element). I complained about this way back when I initially
created the current stylesheet for the wiki, but the svnwiki maintainer's
response was that it will break backwards compat, so they won't do it,
even though not cleaning it up means people will struggle with it when
creating new CSS until the end of days.

Yeah, the wiki syntax can be improved a bit too, but this is a separate issue.
