[Chicken-users] "raw" strings

Hello!

Since escaping backslashes inside string literals can get tedious,
I wondered wether a non-escaping string-syntax might be handy.
Something like:

  #" ... "           (doesn't treat backslashes special, with the
exception of \")

Any alternative suggestions?
