[Chicken-users] [4.6.0] thread-sleep! sleeps too much

Hello,

I've run into a case where a thread that uses thread-sleep! for a
fixed amount of time seems to never wake up. I can reproduce this from
csi as well:

The last call to thread-sleep! does not return after 10 seconds, nor
20 seconds... Has someone already bumped into this?
