The wiki has a section on scripts at http://wiki.call-cc.org/writing%20portable%20scripts which may come in handy.
You could also have a look under "writing scheme scripts" on http://wiki.call-cc.org/man/4/Using%20the%20interpreter .
However, I could not get the arguments to CSI on the shebang-line to work on my system.
And like Matt said, people would probably be keen to have a look at the specific problem that you're trying to solve!

SCSH was made for just this, and Peter has ported much of it to
CHICKEN -- have a look at the scsh-process egg:
