[Chicken-users] how to handle chicken-install in cross compile environme

Subject:	[Chicken-users] how to handle chicken-install in cross compile environment?

the c_mutate problem went away. however i notice that chicken-install expects the presence of the cross-compiler which I do not have on target. What is the corrrect way? Should I run chicken-install on the build host and then copy stuff to target?
