I need to look into the VirtualHosts config... I'm not sure
about that.

I've been really busy with a new job and haven't been able to
put any time into cks as of late.  But, I'll try and push
another version out soon.

I hope to do away with the cgi scripts in the very near future.
Hopefully the next version or the one after.  At that point,
everything will be run through the daemon.  So, we probably
don't want to patch for cgi-bin.  But, if you want to write
a patch for autoconf for a --cgi-dir and a --html-dir or
something, I would accept that.  Like I said though, that
will all go away at some point.  (So that we can benefit
from pthreads more)
