[cks-devl] Version 0.0.8 Released

I've released version 0.0.8.  The changes in this version
are mostly the result of debugging.  I've been working hard
to stress test CKS under gdb and try and fix all resulting
errors.  I have about 500,000 keys loaded into my keyserver
now.  I'm working to load all available public keys
(~1.8 million).  I still have a few segfaults I need to 
clean up before I can do that...

I decided to make a few design changes:

- Use the Horowitz e-mail syncing model in the first version
- Not attempt to implement stream based encoding/dearmoring
- Attempt to support LDAP right away

I'm pushing hard for a feature complete 1.0.  Hopefully,
you'll see the beta it in a few months and 1.0 almost 
immediately after.

Note that I lost my CVS access on Savannah when I upgraded
my openSSH, so the CVS repository is no longer up to date.

Once I get all 1.8 million keys loaded I'm going to post
on usenet asking people to use my keyserver to help me 
find bugs.
