[cks-devl] CKS 0.1.1 is out

I've released version 0.1.1.  It includes support for i18n via
gettext, code clean up, and nearly complete German language
support.

If you're running 0.1.0 there's really not a compelling reason
to upgrade.

To fully support pks syncing I basically just need to writing 
parsing code for the mail headers.  I'll try and do that next
weekend and subsequently make a release.  When I make that 
release I'll probably bump the version up to 0.2.0.  That 
version will compel an upgrade.

I moved CVS over to sourceforge which is working out really 
well.  Anonymous CVS access works.  If you'd like to be added
to the project as a developer, please just let me know.
