[cp-patches] Patch: Don't include glibj.zip in dist tarball

Hello lost,


Currently we include glibj.zip in our dist tarball. We needed this in 
the past for systems with no working compiler for the *.java files.
I think we don't need to include this anymore. Free compilers are 
advanced enough to be available nearly everywhere and we don't have 
this bootstrap problem anymore. Don't including it in the tarball 
reduces it's size by over 2.5 megabytes. I think that's worth it.
