[cp-patches] Patch: fix for explicit mime types and text/html

Hi y'all,

I submitted a patch a few months back to the website [1] but it
doesn't seem to have gone through.  I know everyone has been
doing great work on other fronts, but it'd be helpful to get this
support in there (or of course if someone has any concerns with
the patch, just let me know and I'll see what I can do)
