If the process is difficult to repeat it is even more urgent to document
it properly. Please don't postpone documenting this till it is all done.
It is much better to document the steps you are taking while doing it.
If nothing else, please send an email to the list about how you are
currently updating the locales and which steps still have to be
finished.
