Not sure what you mean here, but my main point was that I don't want to
require my (IKVM.NET) "users" to download and use cygwin (if it can be
helped). While I fully agree that cygwin is very nice (in the "necessary
evil" kind of way ;-)), if you're from a Windows background the unix
toolset/mindset can be very daunting.
