[cp-patches] SimpleDateFormat symbols fix

I'm committing the attached patch to fix two Mauve test cases, and implement
a missing method.

        * java/text/SimpleDateFormat.java:
        (getDateFormatSymbols()): return a copy
        (setDateFormatSymbols(java.text.DateFormatSymbols)):
        throw exception on null input
        (clone()): implemented to clone internal fields
