[cp-patches] javax.swing.Box accessibility

Attached is a patch which re-enables support for accessibility
in javax.swing.Box.  Is this okay to commit now?  It compiles
fine with Jikes and GNU Classpath CVS HEAD, but I'm not aware
of the status of the bug in gcj that lead to the original change.
