[cp-patches] A first piece of CORBA

As my previous message about the idea to start with CORBA resulted no 
contradictions (nor suggestions for the shared divided work), I plan to 
start implementing this method of communication. If somebody is doing the 
same in parallel, please inform me about the classes being in development 
and I will choose a different ones.

The several suggested classes are needed before writing the most of the 
rest.
