I realise this may be beyond the scope of your current project, but if 
we had an error tolerant SGML based HTML 4.01 parser that could build 
W3C HTML DOM, perhaps based on the GNU JAXP DOM implementation, I 
believe it could become extremely popular. If you're interested in 
collaborating on this let me know.
